Setting Healthy Boundaries
Malunga nekhosi
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your responsibilities and desire to people-please? You may feel the desire to people-please with your family, friends, colleagues, and even people you happen to pass on the street. It sets unrealistic standards, puts self-care on the back burner, decreases self-esteem, and increases stress and anxiety. This overwhelming sense to people-please is dangerous to your health and others around you. This course will teach you to set rules for yourself and others by creating healthy boundaries. You will learn how to say NO without feeling guilty, to help you take control of your life, instead of others controlling you.

I found this course incredibly useful. I no longer think that it is selfish to have boundaries, in fact I can see that it is helping both me and the person I am setting the boundary with. I also found it reassuring that there is no need to feel guilty and that it's okay to let go of certain friendships because they don't respect my boundaries. I can highly recommend this course to anyone who struggles to say no, or are constantly people pleasing to their own detriment. The downloadable guide to setting boundaries is also very handy.
