About Course

Anybody can meditate, and Mindfulness is something we all do from time to time, unconsciously. Mindfulness has become a growing trend. It can be applied throughout your day to help you disconnect from the sensory overload we are often bombarded with. When there is too much going on around you at any moment, you can simply apply the techniques that you will learn in this course to step into your body and be in the moment.

This course aims to teach you a simple routine that you can do every morning. Then, as you go through your day, you will have all the necessary tools to stay mindful, calm and “in the moment” by applying the techniques.

If, at the end of your day you find it difficult to fall asleep, you can apply mindfulness again while laying in bed to help you drift deeper into sleep.

Get ready to learn the basics of a mindfulness meditation practice. You will learn to:

  • Set up a meditation space
  • Connect with the body
  • The importance of breathing
  • Slow down the breath and heart rate
  • Increase your focus
  • Re-program your mind through affirmations or visualisation

You will have access to a bumper set of notes, along with downloadable guided support (mp3 files) for some of the exercises, so you may practice in your own time.
